Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. the order still contains all the appropriate parts and components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.

2. normal handling of the product is recognisable; breakage due to negligent handling is excluded.

3) Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the start of the returns process.

4. The product was found to be defective on receipt.

5. We are entitled to charge the customer for the shipping costs.

6. a return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period. ¨

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the returns procedure.

-Please ensure that the e-mail contains the following information:

Order number

Reason for the return request

Photo of the product in case of breakage

Customer's first name + surname

Customer address

We will then contact you with the return address.

Never send the return to the sender. We will send you the correct address once you have asked us for it. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, insofar as he or she is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot essentially be attributed either to his or her commercial activity or to his or her independent professional activity:

A. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Consequently, we cannot interrupt the dispatch process until the goods have been delivered, so a refund after receipt of the goods is not possible. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HappyHalo) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by e-mail). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.

REGISTRATION OF CONSIGNMENTS IN TRANSIT

As our goods are sent from Asia, it is possible that transit times may be longer, which is beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, a cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and send them back to us. Of course, you can also inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure that you receive your return as quickly as possible, please send us a dispatch confirmation.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract and of receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
