To place an order, simply select the desired product, add it to your basket and proceed to checkout. There, you will enter your delivery address and payment details. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.
Delivery time is usually 5 to 10 days. Please note that order processing may sometimes take a little longer, especially during peak periods or when demand is high.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the desired changes. After this period, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel the order, as it is already being processed.
We accept several payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are securely processed and encrypted to protect your data.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service department for a return authorisation and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.
